Caldirola Foundation employs a high profile team to address the statutory issues with competence and authority. Each role provided by the administrative, organizational and research structure of the Foundation is occupied by personalities who have distinguished themselves for their commitment and experience in dealing with complex problems in their respective professional fields.
The Assembly of Founders is made up of those who have constituted the Foundation ("Founders") and are members for life, it can be extended to include individuals and representatives of Institution to which the status of "co-opted Founder" is subsequently recognized by the Founding members, have a deliberative vote in the assembly with a term of three years and can be renominated for the same period only by the Founding members.
The Assembly of Founders appoints the members of the Board of Directors, the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman and the Supervisory Body.

Caldirola Foundation is managed by a Board of Directors composed of two to nine members appointed by the Founding members. These are all re-eligible and remain in office for three years. The President of the Foundation is by right the President of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors provides for the ordinary and extraordinary administration of the Foundation and adopts all measures necessary for the achievement of the Foundation's aims, according to the annual program of activities drawn up by the Legal Technical Committee.
The Economic and Financial Council is composed of a minimum of three to a maximum of five members elected by the Board, they remain in office for three years and can be re-elected. A President and a Vice President are elected from within.
The members of the Board are scholars, personalities and experts, technicians and specialized consultants from the economic and financial world, with the aim of viewing and examining the investments of the Foundation and other sources of increase in its assets and income.
The Committee is made up of a minimum of three up to a maximum of five members elected by the Board on the recommendation of the Founding Members' Assembly, they remain in office for three years and can be re-elected. A President and a Vice-President are elected within it.
The members of the Committee are scholars, personalities and law experts with attention to the issues of education, training and protection of children, technicians and specialized consultants from the economic and legal world and the Public Administration, and have the aim of examining and planning the initiatives to be pursued.
